TICKETS / ENTRY

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.

What is the age policy?

GrooveWell Vacation is a 21+ event.

Can I leave and re-enter the festival?

NO, re-entry is not allowed all weekend.

What does the ticket include?

Your ticket includes onsite camping. Parking will be nearby or onsite, and you will be able to drop off your gear close to where you are camped before parking in the designated area. Parking is a separate ticket, and carpooling is highly encouraged!

TRAVEL / PARKING

What is the best way to get to the festival?

The festival is located at Gateway Mendocino in Hopland, CA.
By Car: Easily accessible via US-101. Carpooling is highly encouraged!
By Air: The nearest airports are Santa Rosa (STS) and San Francisco (SFO).

Can you car camp next to your vehicle?

There is a seperate lot for general parking and will be a very limitted amount of car camping released. There will be a drop-off point to unload and load your things.

CAMPING / ACCOMODATIONS

What camping options are available?

General camping is included with your ticket. Upgraded options include furnished bell tents, unfurnished nylon tents, car camping, and RV camping.

Are RVs or camper vans allowed?

Yes, but space is limited, and there will be an upgrade option for this.

FACILITIES / AMENITIES

Will showers and restrooms be available?

Yes, there will be clean restroom facilities and showers onsite.

Is drinking water available onsite?

Yes, free water refill stations will be provided. Bring a reusable bottle.

Is there a lost and found?

Yes, the lost and found will be located at the info booth near the entrance.

Is there first aid onsite?

Yes, a dedicated first aid / medical tent will be available for any medical needs.

FOOD, DRINKS, AND VENDORS

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes, feel free to bring your own food and drinks. However, no glass containers are allowed.

Will there be ATMs or is the festival cashless?

The festival is primarily cashless, but some vendors may accept cash. There is no ATM on site.

Can I vend at the festival?

Vendor applications are open for food, crafts, and art. Contact us for more details.

RULES / POLICIES

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted.

What items are prohibited?

No amplified sound in the camping area. No weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, or glass containers.

Can you swim in the pond?

Yes! Bring your own floaties and take them home with you.

What is the policy on fire pits or cooking equipment?

Camp stoves are allowed, but open fires are strictly prohibited.

Are there any sustainability guidelines?

Yes, we encourage Leave No Trace principles. Please pack out what you bring and use provided waste and recycling bins.

What happens if it rains?

The festival will proceed rain or shine. Prepare accordingly with appropriate gear.
