After a decade of cutting their teeth as solo acts, long time friends Lu & Wy have teamed up to form Mungo Sound Machine- a California export paying homage to their West Coast predecessors through a unique global lens.
An early co-sign by Gene on Earth and his Limousine Dream imprint has transported the boys from the LA underground tothe global stage. Their Nuts and Volts debut, Short Circuit EP, was the labels highest seller of all time, followed by theimmediate vinyl sell out of the anthemic Vamos A La Beach EP.
Both releases reinforce both the musicality and personality of the duo - a sound as positioned for timelessness as it is builtfor a crooked smile dance floor and bit of a laugh in the booth. These guys are here for it; the dynamic between them,palpable.
